Amended FY2017 budget includes $50 million for Augusta cybersecurity center
Gov. Nathan Deal today announced that Georgia’s net tax collections for December totaled nearly $2.06 billion, for an increase of $15.2 million, or 0.7 percent, compared to December 2015.
Gov. Nathan Deal will arrive in Albany Tuesday at noon to visit the areas impacted by the recent tornado. After visiting the damaged areas, he will meet with and be briefed by GEMHSA and local officials.
Gov. Nathan Deal today named former state representative Mike Cheokas and Lee Anne Cowart to serve on the State Board of Education.
