ADVISORY: Deal to hold media avail today regarding state of emergency

Gov. Nathan Deal will hold a media avail at 3 p.m. today in the ceremonial office regarding the state of emergency he issued today for 16 South Georgia counties. A live feed of the news conference is available for media unable to attend.
