Deal appoints five to boards

Chad Baker, Georgia Board of Landscape Architects (reappointment)
Baker is a registered landscape architect and senior project manager in the multi-site project and development services division of JLL. He is a past treasurer of the Georgia Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects and past member of the Gwinnett County Stormwater Authority. Baker and his wife, Amy, have four children. They reside in Snellville.

Tim Lake, Georgia Board of Landscape Architects (reappointment)
Lake is the president of T. Lake Environmental Design and a registered landscape architect in Georgia and Florida. He is the vice chair of the Georgia Board of Landscape Architects. Lake earned a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia. He and his wife, Laurie, have two children. They reside in Dublin.

Robert Cowles, Georgia Trauma Care Network Commission (reappointment)
Cowles is a practicing urologist and the founder and chairman of the Cowles Clinic at Lake Oconee. He is a former president of the Georgia Urological Association and a past member of the board of governors at the University of Tennessee. Cowles is a fellow in the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Urological Association. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee and a medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. He and his wife, Jacqui, have two children. They reside in Greensboro.

Victor Drawdy, Georgia Trauma Care Network Commission (reappointment)
Drawdy is the operations manager for the Wayne County Division of Okefenokee EMS, Inc. He has been a licensed emergency medical technician (EMT) for more than 27 years. Drawdy is a firefighter and has taught first responder, EMT, paramedic, vehicle extrication and life support courses. Drawdy is also a chaplain for the Wayne County High School football team. He and his wife, Lynda, reside in Jesup.

R. Fred Mullins, M.D., Georgia Trauma Care Network Commission (reappointment)
Mullins is the medical director and a burn surgeon at the Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Augusta State University and a medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. He and his wife, Kimberly, have two children. They reside in Evans.
