Deal reappoints two to boards

Richard L. Tucker, Sr., Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (reappointment)
Tucker currently serves as the managing partner of Arlington Capital, LLC. He is also the past president/CEO and chairman of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce. He serves on the Gwinnett Convention & Visitors Bureau, the Gwinnett Medical Foundation, the Community Foundation of Northeast Georgia and the Georgia Gwinnett College Board of Trustees. He received the Four Pillar Award in 2003, given by the Council for Quality Growth. He has also been named five times by Georgia Trend as one of the 100 Most Influential Georgians. Tucker earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia. He and his wife, Peggy, have two adult children and five grandchildren. They reside in Suwanee.

Delos Yancey, III, Board of Governors of the George L. Smith II World Congress Center Authority (reappointment)
Yancey is chairman, president and CEO of the State Mutual Insurance Co. of Rome. He is also chairman and CEO of Insurance Administrative Services. He serves on the Board of Georgia Life & Health Guaranty Association, the Georgia Association of Life Insurance Companies, the Oklahoma Life & Health Guaranty Association, the Insurance Administrative Services, the Cancer Navigators and the United Community Bank of Rome. Yancey and his wife, Molly, have three children. They reside in Rome.
