Deal appoints two to boards

Andrew H. Krantz, Georgia Board of Chiropractic Examiners
Krantz is a senior professor at Life University, where he has taught for 35 years. He also maintains a private practice, chiropractic clinic in Marietta. He is a member of the Georgia Council of Chiropractic, the Florida Chiropractic Association, and of the International Chiropractic Association. He is a distinguished fellow of the International Chiropractic Association. Krantz received a bachelor’s degree from the University of the State of New York and a doctorate degree from Life University. He resides in Marietta.

Wayne Dasher, State Board of Corrections (reappointment)
Dasher has been a community banker for over 39 years. During his career, he has served on many community projects, such as the Glennville Sweet Onion Festival, where he has served as chairman since 1993. He is chairman of the annual Law Enforcement Appreciation Committee, which he has hosted in South Georgia for the past 25 years. Dasher was honored with an Honorary Life Membership in The Georgia Sheriffs Association and Georgia Peace Officers Association in 2003. He is the chairman of The Tattnall County Development Authority.  He earned a bachelor’s degree from Brewton-Parker College. He and his wife, Julie, have one daughter. They reside in Glennville and are members of First Baptist Church of Glennville.
