Deal fills Walker County State Court judgeship
Gov. Nathan Deal announced today that he has appointed Bruce E. Roberts to fill the vacancy in the state court of Walker County. Mr. Roberts will fill the vacancy created by the resignation of the Hon. C. Donald Peppers. The appointment takes effect upon swearing-in, which should occur within the next few weeks.
Bruce E. Roberts, LaFayette – Roberts currently serves as assistant district attorney of the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit. He earned his bachelor’s degree in International Relations with a minor in Spanish and his law degree from the Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University.
