Deal appoints three to boards
Lance McCravy, State Construction Industry Licensing Board, Division of Master and Journeyman Plumbers
McCravy is a current member of the board and has been reappointed. He is also a member of the United Association of Plumbers, Pipefitters Local Union 72 and the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials. He holds a Georgia Journeyman Plumbers license, is certified in medical gas piping and completed five years of training at the Mechanical Trades Institute. He and his wife, Carla, have three children, Brandon, Brett and Miranda. They reside in Dallas.
Shane Strickland, State Construction Industry Licensing Board, Division of Master and Journeyman Plumbers
Strickland is the technical director of the Mechanical Trades Institute and holds a state license as a Master Plumber Category Two. Prior to being named technical director, he was on staff at the Mechanical Trades Institute, working as both a part-time and full-time plumbing instructor. Strickland did course work at Michigan State University and the Mechanical Trades Institute. He and his wife, Glenda, have two children, Cody and Victoria. They reside in Riverdale.
Dr. David Wren, DC, State Board of Chiropractic Examiners
Wren currently owns and practices at Dr. Wren Chiropractic & Sports Injury Center in Albany. He serves on the board of the Albany Advocacy Resource Center and is a past president. He also served on the board of directors of Special Olympics Georgia and is a member of the Georgia Chiropractic Association, where he once served as vice president. Wren earned an associate’s degree from Darton College and his chiropractic degree from Life University. He and his wife, Vicki, reside in Leesburg. They have three grown children, Haley, Lyndsey and David Jr.
