Deal signs state of emergency executive orders

Gov. Nathan Deal today signed two state of emergency orders. 

The first executive order signed this morning declared a state of emergency for 14 North Georgia counties. 

The second executive order expanded the state of emergency to include 31 additional counties, bringing the total to 45.
